There is a large overlap between the LGBTQ2S+ community and people who engage in ENM or polyamorous relationships. As such, I have a lot of experience working with people who are part of both communities. I aim to foster an affirming space for different relationship configurations, whether you are polyamorous, monogamish, or engaging in another form of ENM.
Non-judgment is also a big part of my approach given how stigmatized ENM, kink, and even generally talking about sex can be. Sexual relationships themselves can already be difficult and vulnerable to talk about, especially if you also have trauma related to sex. I want therapy to be a place where you can talk about this often important part of your life freely.
