    • Anxious about your anxiety

    • Feeling like your mind and body are not listening to each other

    • Worried about letting people down

    • Burnt out (or approaching burnout)

    • Having trouble sleeping due to overthinking

    • Exploring emotions and patterns tied to your anxiety and where they appear throughout your life

    • Giving voice to parts of yourself that often remain hidden

    • Learning how to implement tools to help improve relationships (communication, boundaries, etc.)

    • Practising self-compassion and acceptance

    • Highlighting values that matter to you and how you can act by them

    • Song-sharing and creating art to spark discussion

  • I focus on two things: providing opportunities to learn skills to manage your anxiety, and exploring the underlying emotions and patterns behind your anxiety. Skills provide strategies you can implement immediately to feel more able to cope, while longer-term emotional and narrative exploration can help you begin to understand where the anxiety may come from and what may trigger it.

Most importantly, I follow a trauma-informed, person-led approach: you deserve to have a say in your therapy. If something is not working for you or you want us to switch gears, we will adjust accordingly. Collaboration and trust are paramount to providing therapy that is empowering and effective.
