Outside of my therapy practice, I am an actor and musician, and as a creative, I understand the physical and emotional labour that can be involved in creating a piece of art. However, art creation is not the only type of work that requires vulnerability. Many jobs, as well as being a student, involve perfectionism and imposter syndrome that can make putting yourself out there difficult.
I aim to co-create a space with you that promotes emotional exploration and helps you break through barriers that may be impacting your work.
