My 2026 New Year’s Resolution Bingo Card
Happy 2026! To kickstart the year, many people make New Year’s resolutions. However, we often abandon these resolutions by February. Due to the overwhelm of resolutions and the fleeting nature of motivation, I make New Year’s resolution bingo cards with micro goals each year. The ‘micro’ nature of the goals combats the overwhelm, and the bingo format gamifies the resolutions enough to keep me motivated to complete them.
