Think SMARTer, Not Harder
Anyone who has worked on a project of any kind knows how stressful it can be. There can be so many moving parts, and it can be overwhelming to envision the final product before you have even begun working. Moreover, it is understandably stressful to add creating goals to your already long to-do list. One strategy for creating these goals is SMART goal-setting.
