  • One of my favourite parts of graduate school for psychotherapy was speaking to my colleagues about their experiences in the field. One large theme I heard over and over again was that we spend so much time thinking about how we can help others both in and outside of therapy, that it can often feel like we have no time or energy left to spend on ourselves.

It’s easy enough to invite our clients to consider ways they can take care of themselves; it’s much harder to ask the same of ourselves. You are human, too, and I seek to co-create an open, accepting space where you can process the stuff that may fall through the cracks of your own supervision and self-reflection.
