I provide online therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, self-discovery, transition, and LGBTQ2S+ identity and issues in Ontario and Quebec.

The people I see are often introspective and may be on the cusp of change. Our work involves navigating this change together: gaining insight about you and the life you want to live, and taking action to bring your life more meaning.
Why I Am Here
As a queer and transgender person of colour who has navigated their own mental health challenges, I know how vulnerable therapy can be. You don’t want to spend your session time educating your therapist or code-switching.
You want to feel seen and understood — as a whole human being.
It’s time to give yourself the same time and compassion you give others.
